Riders Lane Impact Report

2024 — 2025 Financial Year

Connecting People • Building Community • Sharing Knowledge

Reflecting on Purpose-Driven Progress

The end of the financial year is not only a time to report on financial status or take advantage of end-of-year sales. It’s also a time to reflect on milestones, achievements and missed opportunities. As Riders Lane operates as a social enterprise – a business for good – our measures focus on impact on people and community.

Living Our Mission

Riders Lane’s impact goals are embedded in its purpose – to connect people through social activities, enable motorcycle owners to maintain their bikes by providing space, tools, equipment and a helping hand, and to foster collaborative learning in an inclusive, safe environment. And we’re not just achieving our goals – we’re smashing them! Since opening just a year ago, we’ve transformed from a handful of passionate visionaries into a buzzing community where sparks fly, friendships form, and every day brings new energy to our workshop floors.

Evolving Together

Great communities aren’t built overnight – they’re shaped by listening, learning, and responding to what people actually need. This year has been about constant evolution, refining our approach based on real feedback from real riders. When members asked for more social events, we doubled down on connection. When donations started flowing in, we built systems to make the most of every contribution. Each challenge has become an opportunity to grow stronger and serve more people better.

The Year Ahead

These numbers tell the story of a community that’s found its rhythm. From workshop sessions fueled by countless cups of coffee to social events that strengthen bonds beyond mechanical work, Riders Lane has become more than a space – it’s become a home for motorcycle enthusiasts who believe in the power of shared knowledge and genuine connection.

Join Our Growing Community

This is just the beginning. To build an enduring, financially sustainable social enterprise that serves riders for years to come, we need passionate people who share our vision. Whether you’re a seasoned mechanic, weekend warrior, or someone who just loves being around motorcycles – there’s a place for you at Riders Lane.
