Unacceptable Workshop Conduct
Our community welcomes all passionate motorcycle enthusiasts regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or abilities. Riders Lane offers a space that is safe, inclusive and comfortable for everyone. Discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment are unacceptable at Riders Lane and are unlawful under the following legislation:
· Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth)
· Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth)
· Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth)
· Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cth)
· Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 (Cth).
Members and visitors found to have engaged in unacceptable or illegal conduct may be warned, made to leave the premises and their membership suspended. Isolated issues will be dealt with in a closed environment. Severe or repeated breaches will be referred to the relevant authorities. Riders Lane reserves the right to ban members and visitors who breach the Conduct and Behaviour Policy or Workshop Use Guidelines from entering the premises and no refunds of any fees will be issued.
