Motorcycle Riders’ Safety Education (MRSE)
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Basic Motorcycle Safety Maintenance
TIME: 1:00 — 3:00 pm Sundays
DURATION: 2 hours
LOCATION: 2/20 Essington Street Mitchell
This is an introductory course to motorcycle maintenance for beginners, where you’ll learn the practical skills required to keep your bike safe and running smooth. From changing the oil, to adjusting your chain and spotting safety issues. Our trainer will help you understand the basic workings of your motorcycle and it’s different mechanical components.
This is the perfect beginner’s course and one of our most popular!
Instruction will be carried out on demo bikes. You are welcome to bring your own motorcycle but it not a requirement.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Enable motorcycle owners to obtain the necessary knowledge, practical skills and confidence to maintain their own bikes.
- Generate an understanding that the more motorcycle owners know about the workings of their motorcycle, the more equipped they are to prevent accidents.
